Sales Executive
NSTS Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join its international sales and marketing team
We are currently seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant, already based in Malta, to join our international sales and marketing team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with new and existing international clients mostly through emails and telephone calls;
- Identifying new business leads and to convert prospects into sales;
- Working on sales and business development targets; and,
- Responding to sales enquiries through various channels including live chat and instant messaging programmes.
The selected candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in international sales. Strong analytical skills are important for this role as is having excellent communication, presentation, organisational and planning skills. This role requires an individual having a pro-active can-do approach, a creative flair for promoting our services, whilst being able to balance a number of demands and pressures.

- Empower Through Engagement: Design and lead confidence-building projects and activities, nurturing life skills and relationships
- Guidance and Support: Be the go-to for student queries and challenges, offering advice, feedback, and support during challenging times
- Crisis Point: Provide essential support to students facing tough times, offering a helping hand when it’s needed most
- Open Conversations: Create safe spaces for students to talk openly, promoting dialogue and understanding
- Pathfinding: Direct students to relevant resources and advice, helping them navigate challenges effectively

Qualifications

- Language proficiency (English and others) a plus
